Welcome to Crossbow Shop Canada. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Crossbow Shop Canada website (the “Website”) and all products and services offered by Crossbow Shop Canada (referred to as “we,” “us,” or “our”).
By accessing or using any part of the Website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to all the Terms, then you may not access the Website or use any services.
1.1 Age Restriction: By agreeing to these Terms, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age or the age of majority in your province, territory, or state of residence, whichever is higher, and are legally able to enter into a binding contract. Also, by purchasing any product from us, you confirm that you are legally permitted to own, possess, and/or use such products in your jurisdiction. It’s your responsibility to know and abide by all local, provincial, federal, and international laws concerning the purchase, ownership, and use of crossbows and related equipment.
1.2 Account Creation: To access certain Website features, you may need to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep that information updated.
1.3 Account Security: You are responsible for keeping your account password confidential and for all activities that happen under your account. You agree to tell us immediately if you notice any unauthorized use of your account. We’re not responsible for any loss or damage if you fail to keep your account secure.
2.1 Permitted Use: You agree to use the Website only for lawful purposes and according to these Terms.
2.2 Prohibited Uses: You are not allowed to:
3.1 Product Descriptions: We try to make sure all product descriptions, images, and pricing are accurate and current. However, we don’t guarantee that product descriptions or other content on the Website are accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. If a product from Crossbow Shop Canada isn’t as described, your only option is to return it unused, following our Refund and Returns Policy.
3.2 Pricing: All prices are in Canadian Dollars (CAD) unless stated otherwise. Prices can change without notice. We can correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions and change or update information or cancel orders if any information on the Website is inaccurate at any time without prior notice (even after you’ve placed your order).
3.3 Availability: All products depend on availability. We can limit the sales of our products or services to anyone, any geographic region, or any jurisdiction.
3.4 Order Acceptance: When you get an electronic or other order confirmation, it doesn’t mean we’ve accepted your order or confirmed our offer to sell. We can accept or decline your order at any time after we receive it for any reason, including but not limited to product availability, pricing errors, incorrect product information, or suspicion of fraudulent activity.
4.1 Payment Methods: We accept various payment methods shown on our Website (e.g., major credit cards, PayPal, Shopify Payments). All transactions are processed securely through third-party payment gateways. We don’t store your full payment card details on our servers.
4.2 Billing Information: You agree to give us current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases you make from our store.
5.1 Shipping Locations: Crossbow Shop Canada ships worldwide to eligible jurisdictions. Keep in mind that some products can’t be shipped everywhere due to legal restrictions, carrier limits, or product specifications. It’s your job to make sure the product can be legally imported into your country.
5.2 Shipping Costs and Times: Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout and can change based on your location, chosen shipping method, and product size/weight. These are just estimates and not guaranteed.
5.3 Risk of Loss: All items you buy from Crossbow Shop Canada are shipped under a contract. The risk of loss and ownership for these items passes to you once we deliver them to the carrier.
5.4 Customs, Duties, and Import Regulations: For international orders, you are solely responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or other charges your country’s customs authorities might impose. You’re also solely responsible for making sure the products you buy follow all local laws and import regulations in your country. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to customs issues or your failure to follow local import laws. We won’t give refunds for items seized or destroyed by customs because of non-compliance with local laws.
5.5 Age Verification for Delivery: Because of the nature of the products we sell, we might need to verify age when your delivery arrives. If we can’t verify age or if the recipient is underage, the package might be sent back to us. In that case, you might face extra shipping or restocking fees, or your order might be canceled without a full refund.
Our Refund and Returns Policy explains how to return products, get refunds, or arrange exchanges. This policy is part of these Terms. Please check our dedicated Refund and Returns Policy page for all the details.
7.1 Manufacturer’s Warranty: Many products from Crossbow Shop Canada come with a manufacturer’s warranty. You can usually find details about these warranties with the product packaging or on the manufacturer’s website. Crossbow Shop Canada doesn’t offer any express or implied warranties beyond what the manufacturer provides.
7.2 General Disclaimer: The Website and all products and services we provide through it are given “as is” and “as available” for your use. We don’t make any representations, warranties, or conditions of any kind, express or implied, including all implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, merchantable quality, fitness for a particular purpose, durability, title, and non-infringement.
7.3 Safety Disclaimer: Crossbows and related equipment can be dangerous if not used correctly. You take all responsibility and risk for using any products you buy from Crossbow Shop Canada. It’s your job to understand and follow all manufacturer’s instructions, safety warnings, and applicable laws. We are not responsible for any injury, damage, or death caused by improper use or handling of products you buy from us.
In no case will Crossbow Shop Canada, our directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, interns, suppliers, service providers, or licensors be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages of any kind. This includes, but isn’t limited to, lost profits, lost revenue, lost savings, loss of data, replacement costs, or any similar damages, whether based on contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability, or otherwise, arising from your use of any service or products purchased through the service. It also covers any other claim related to your use of the service or any product, including errors or omissions in content, or any loss or damage from using the service or any content (or product) posted, sent, or otherwise made available through the service, even if we were told such damages were possible.
Because some states or jurisdictions don’t allow the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, in those places, our liability will be limited to the maximum extent allowed by law.

These Terms and any separate agreements where we provide you services will be governed by and interpreted according to the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, and the federal laws of Canada that apply there, without considering conflicts of law principles.
Any dispute or claim related to these Terms, a breach of them, or your use of the Website or any products you buy from it, will be resolved only by the courts in Belleville, Ontario, Canada.
If any part of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that part will still be enforceable to the fullest extent allowed by law. The unenforceable part will be removed from these Terms, but that won’t affect the validity and enforceability of any other remaining parts.
These Terms and any policies or rules we post on this Website are the complete agreement and understanding between you and us. They control how you use the Website and replace any previous agreements, communications, and proposals, whether oral or written, between you and us (including any past versions of the Terms & Conditions).
